The team at World of Country Life have been working hard to get ready for their half-term opening, from February 16-24.

After the long winter break, they’re looking forward to welcoming families back in for their full programme of activities and entertainment, including bottle-feeding lambs, goat walking, ferret racing and bird of prey shows. And there are some very cute new arrivals in the farm animal section.

For wet days, there are indoor play areas and the farming and vehicle museums - and the farm-themed restaurant. There’s also an exciting new play feature - only for the truly adventurous.

We’ve been taking a look behind the scenes and meeting some of the team as they put the final touches to their preparations.
